Follow the correct guide for the Titan product you are using. Each product has its own activation and setup process.
Before purchasing
Paid Titan products use payment verification. Keep the details below correct so approval is not delayed.
Use your permanent email
Use an email address you can continue accessing. Keep using that same email for Titan customer access and product activation where applicable.
UTR / Transaction ID
- UPI / Bank: open your completed transaction and copy its UTR or reference number.
- International/remittance: use the receipt/reference number.
- USDT: use the blockchain TxID only when USDT is an available payment option.
Payment Screenshot
Upload a clear proof of the successful transaction. Titan's payment system accepts supported image files and currently requires payment proof for manual verification.
Wait for Admin Approval
After submitting the payment details, wait for Titan Admin to verify the payment, UTR/TxID and payment proof. Do not submit a second payment simply because the first payment is still pending.
Titan XAUUSD Auto Trading Bot
Purchase → Approval → Download → Device Link → License → Start.
Open Pricing and choose your required XAUUSD Auto Bot plan.
Use your permanent email and requested customer information.
Enter the correct UTR/reference or supported TxID and upload payment proof.
Titan Admin verifies the submitted payment before product access is activated.
After verification, the approval email provides your Customer Code and Windows download access.
Keep it safe. Customer Login uses your approved email and Customer Code.
Download the Windows application promptly. Download access can be time-limited.
On Windows 10/11 or Windows VPS, extract the complete package into a folder.
Run Titan from the extracted folder, not from inside the ZIP archive.
Use the exact email that was used for the approved purchase.
Use Titan's Link Device action to connect this Windows computer/VPS to your license.
Use the activation/refresh action so Titan can obtain and install the approved license.
Allow the process to finish. If the current package displays a license file, confirm that it has appeared.
Close the application and reopen the same Titan EXE from its extracted folder.
Enter the approved email when requested. Your licensed application can now start.
What should I send Titan Support if setup fails?
- Your Customer Code.
- Your purchase email.
- Full screenshot of the error.
- Exact error text.
- Windows 10, Windows 11 or Windows VPS.
- Tell us whether the problem is download, EXE, Link Device, license or startup.
Titan Risk Manager
You choose the trade direction. Titan manages position sizing and trade/account risk controls.
Choose the Titan Risk Manager 3-Month plan from Titan's pricing section.
Complete the purchase form using your correct permanent email, payment reference and proof.
Titan verifies the payment before Risk Manager access and download eligibility are activated.
Use the same approved purchase email and Customer Code sent by Titan.
Use the separate “Download Titan Risk Manager for Windows” option when your Risk Manager access is active.
Fully extract the downloaded ZIP before starting Titan Risk Manager. Do not run the application from inside the ZIP.
Use Windows 10/11 or a Windows VPS. Install MT5 and log in to your trading account.
Start Titan Risk Manager and use the same approved purchase email when activation or device linking is requested.
Supported initial markets include XAUUSD, XAGUSD, BTCUSD and US Oil.
Choose Safe, Balanced or Aggressive according to the risk profile you want to use.
Titan Risk Manager does not choose your direction. You manually select BUY or SELL.
Titan calculates risk-based position size and manages supported protection such as SL/TP, break-even, trailing and profit lock.
Review Titan's calculated position size and protection levels before sending your manual BUY or SELL trade.
After entry, Titan can manage break-even, trailing protection and profit locking according to the selected risk mode.
Titan monitors the configured daily and overall drawdown limits and can block new risk when protection limits are reached.
Keep MetaTrader 5 and Titan Risk Manager running on the same Windows PC or VPS while active positions are being managed.
Risk Manager access is valid for the purchased period. Renew your subscription when continued access is required.

Titan Premium Signals
Premium Signals uses Telegram. It does not use the XAUUSD Windows EXE/license flow.
Choose Premium Signals or the applicable Signals add-on.
Enter the required payment reference and upload payment proof.
Premium Signals activates after the required payment is verified.
Your Premium Signals activation email contains your Customer Code and Telegram connection link.
Open the Telegram link from Titan and press START inside Telegram.
Customer Dashboard will show Telegram Connected after successful linking.
Select your available signal markets and use Save Signal Markets.
Dashboard shows Premium Signals subscription status and expiry.
Current Premium coverage includes Gold, Silver, US Oil and Bitcoin.
Titan Edge Pro
Edge Pro supports a 3-Day Free Trial or direct paid activation.
Path A — Start the 3-Day Free Trial
- Choose Start 3-Day Free Trial.
- Enter your email and Mobile / WhatsApp number.
- Trial access lasts 72 hours.
- The same email or mobile cannot repeatedly start new free trials.
- Titan sends trial-start and expiry reminder emails.
- Open Titan Edge Pro using the available Edge access/chart action.
- When the trial expires, paid access is required to continue.
Path B — Purchase Edge Pro
- Select the paid Edge Pro plan.
- Submit the required payment details, UTR/TxID and payment proof.
- Wait for Titan Admin verification.
- After activation, Customer Dashboard shows Edge Pro ACTIVE.
- Paid access takes priority over trial status.
- Current paid Edge Pro access is ₹499 / 30 Days.
Titan Prop Manager
Prop Manager has its own Windows package. Follow its own screens rather than assuming every XAUUSD Bot screen is identical.
Choose the required Prop Manager plan.
Complete the payment form using your correct permanent email and payment proof.
Titan Admin verifies the payment before download access is activated.
The verified-payment email can provide Customer Code and Download Titan Prop Manager.
Download the Windows package and fully extract it before starting the application.
Use the approved email/Customer Code where requested by the current Prop Manager build.
Earn with Titan
From Partner application to referral tracking and payout status.
Complete the Earn with Titan Partner registration with your correct information.
Titan sends an application-received email containing your Partner ID.
Your Partner Code becomes usable only after Partner approval.
Approved Partners receive Partner ID, Partner Code, Dashboard and certificate access.
Use the approved Partner account to access your Partner tools and tracking.
Share the approved Partner referral link or Partner Code with the customer.
The referred customer completes Titan's normal purchase and verification process.
Use Partner Dashboard for referral, eligible sale and commission information.
Eligible commission follows the active Titan Partner terms shown in the system.

XAUUSD Auto Bot and Titan Risk Manager use separate Windows downloads. Premium Signals uses Telegram, while Edge Pro uses web access.
